All utilities come with renting a home at Bella Vista. This includes water, electric, and trash for each resident. We also provide regular maintenance to prevent any mishaps, and reliable servicing if you do happen to have trouble with your utilities.
The clubhouse is the heart of Bella Vista. It features a kitchen, formal dining room, private dining area, fitness center, and activity room. Don't worry about meal preparation, fine dining is our specialty. We serve a hearty lunch and a light supper daily.
Our one hour of light housekeeping service is provided on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
We offer scheduled transportation to get you safely to any local appointments with your doctor. Bella Vista will make sure you arrive at your appointment with time to spare, and we'll pick you up when you're finished. Just let us know what you need and we can set up a regular schedule for you. We even offer weekly shopping trips!
